Strawberry salad with goat cheese toasts

115 grams of goat cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 handfuls of romaine lettuce, cut into pieces

Take the goat cheese in the freezer and leave for about 20 minutes. Then removed and cut into discs. Sink the goat cheese in bread crumbs and then baked in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 6 minutes.
