Asparagus Quesadillas with Goat Cheese

* 2 eggs
* Skim milk 25 cl
* 4 tomatoes
* 120 g of fresh goat cheese
* Oregano
* Salt, pepper


Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices and place them in a baking dish.
Cut the goat cheese into pieces and spread them on the source.
Beat eggs and add milk gradually. Add salt and pepper and throw it at the source.
Sprinkle with oregano and place in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
Serve as you like.
