Pita bread filled with Fresh Goat Cheese
Ingredients

2 servings:

  • 2 pita bread
  • 100grs 'Lanzarote or Rancho Vistalegre' Goat Cheese ash flavor
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 8 French lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1/4 cup lucern
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Jalapeño or chipotle peppers (optional)

Preparation

Warm up the pita bread in a pan. With a sharpened knife cut in half and spread the mustard in the inside. If you want, you can also add mayonnaise.

Fill each half with lettuce, the Goat Cheese in thick slices, the ham, the lucern and the avocado in thin slices. Add salt and peppers to taste.
