Pasta with Fresh Goat Cheese, dried tomatoes and basil
Ingredients
4 servings
- 1 spaghetti package
- 1 whole jar of dried tomatoes
- 1 'Lanzarote or Rancho Vistalegre' Goat Cheese natural flavor log
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the pasta in boiling water with plenty of salt and a piece of the onion. Dice the dried tomatoes and basil. Make a combination of the tomatoes and basil with olive oil, the goat cheese and add the salt and pepper.
Finally, sprinkle the mixture on the cooked warm pasta and serve.
