Grilled salmon with Fresh Goat Cheese and dill

4 servings:

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets
  • 50 gr butter
  • 50 gr flour
  • 1/2 liter boiling milk
  • 1 'Lanzarote or Rancho Vistalegre' Goat Cheese natural flavor log
  • 2 spoons of chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper


Add salt and pepper to the fillets and grill on both sides with a little oil.

For the sauce melt butter and add the flour while stirring for a few minutes making sure it doesn't stick or over cook. Retire from the stove and let cool. Add the boiling milk little by little stirring intensely to make sure no lumps develop. Return to the stove and let boil for a few minutes while stirring.

Crumble the goat cheese log and add to the sauce until it melts and spreads evenly. Lastly, add the dill and taste for salt and pepper. Serve the salmon fillets covered in the hot sauce.
